Mars enters Libra

Today Mars, planet of action, strength of will and perseverance enters Libra, sign of equality and justice. What happens when fiery and passionate Mars spends time in righteous Libra? We get greater activism, and we tend to act with greater integrity and fight for what is right. Nelson Mandela had his natal Mars in Libra. He spent much of his life fighting against apartheid in South Africa, and as President he dedicated his efforts to building democracy and creating more equal opportunities for all. Mandela once wrote, "To be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others." Some other famous Mars in Libra individuals include: John Lennon, Winston Churchill, Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, J.K. Rowling, Margaret Thatcher, and Anaïs Nin, to name a few. In the next several weeks, we will all experience a greater desire to create harmony and fairness in our lives. Let's not squander this potent energy. Take up a cause, fight for what you believe in, use your voice to advocate for those who have none. Oh, and remember that "I Have A Dream" speech given by the late Martin Luther King, Jr.? That speech was given when Mars was in Libra. There is always hope for a greater tomorrow, my loves. That hope starts today. Love, Caroline
