Prayer, Intention, and Grounding

✨Prayer, Intention & Grounding✨ These are the most powerful spiritual tools that I use on a daily basis. I find that when I start my day with prayer, when I ground and center with God and Mother Earth, when I call in my power animals for guidance, my day becomes a magical, sacred experience.

I ground, center and pray before each client session, and set the intention to be a vessel of love on their behalf, to help them with what they most need on their journey. When I do this, I am shown how to hold space for the special soul that sits before me.

I often pray and set intentions before writing a post, before going into a meeting, even before going to the gym if I know I'll need extra strength for a difficult workout.

If I'm confronted with an individual who challenges my ego or my worldview, I'll pray for grace and compassion.

We can communicate with the Divine in all situations, and ask for help whenever we need it, even for small things.

I find that when I ask for and seek support throughout my day, I feel more loved and guided, and see more signs and synchronicities, than on the days when I'm stuck in ego and believe I have to figure things out on my own.

Prayer is healing, and intention has the power to create the life you want to live. Grounding is how we make sure we stay connected to the Earth, to reality, and open ourselves up to receiving wisdom.

Prayer, intention and grounding are also how I practice discernment with Spirit and the energy I am willing to work with (and which energies I am not willing to work with), and it's also how I decide the ways I desire to be of service.

The ego can be slippery indeed, especially when our guards are down. These practices are how I ensure I am leading with a full heart and an aligned soul.
