White Wolf Mystic

Astrologer, Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Teacher

The White Wolf first came to me through a powerful dream in 2014, and she has been walking alongside me ever since.

To me, the White Wolf represents intuition, connection to the Moon and planetary cycles, and our relationship to the land and to the pack—to the communities and relationships that hold us.

The White Wolf connects me to the Earth, to her spirits, guides, plants, and animals. The Mystic connects me to the cosmos, to astrology, to the mysteries of consciousness, and to the Creator of the Universe.

These two paths have shaped the way I understand healing: as something that happens not only within us, but through our relationships—with ourselves, with one another, with the Earth, and with Spirit.

I have spent more than 15 years studying and practicing Astrology and Tarot, more than 10 years exploring shamanic journeying and spirit animals, and have trained extensively in Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, and Past-Life Regression. In 2024, I completed more than 500 hours of training through the Institute for Interpersonal Hypnotherapy.

Most recently, in 2026, I spent a year working in wilderness therapy with adolescents, supporting young people through some of the most challenging and transformative experiences of their lives. Working so closely with youth, nature, therapeutic teams, and the realities of behavior change deepened my understanding of what healing actually requires: safety and compassion, but also boundaries, accountability, resilience, connection, and the willingness to grow.

That experience reminded me that transformation rarely happens simply because we understand what needs to change. We change when we feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to try something new, and challenged enough to step beyond the patterns that have kept us stuck.

My Personal Journey

For much of my early adulthood, I was searching for my purpose. I moved from place to place, changed jobs frequently, and struggled to understand why it felt so difficult to create the life I wanted.

Astrology was one of the first tools that helped me find meaning in my experiences. It gave me a sense of belonging in the Universe and, more importantly, gave me hope.

Over the years, I discovered hypnotherapy, breathwork, meditation, shamanic practices, and other tools for exploring consciousness and healing. These practices helped me begin changing patterns that had once felt impossible to change, such as getting sober from alcohol in 2021. I’ve been sober ever since.

My own journey has taught me that healing isn't about becoming a different person, or even spiritually “perfect”. It is about becoming more fully ourselves—reconnecting with the wisdom of our bodies, the truth of our hearts, our inner knowing, and our relationship with something greater than ourselves.

My relationship with Mother Earth and Spirit has been an equally important part of that journey. Through prayer, meditation, time in nature, spiritual exploration, and intentional work with consciousness, I have experienced moments of profound healing, synchronicity, connection, and grace.

I don't believe any one practice holds all the answers. I believe healing is multidimensional, deeply personal, and often mysterious.

Today, my work brings together the tools and perspectives that have shaped me: Astrology, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Coaching, breathwork, consciousness exploration, wilderness therapy, and a deep reverence for the Earth and the Divine.

My role isn't to tell you who you are or what your life is supposed to become.

It is to create a sacred space for you to explore and remember. A place to commune with Spirit---to see all the ways the Universe is whispering to you, nudging you, and supporting you.

I'm honored to walk alongside you as you discover what becomes possible.

Let's work together.

My philosophies:

I believe in fate, destiny, and free will. Free will means that we have agency—-that when we take ownership over our mindset and narrative, through choosing how we respond to events and the stories we tell ourselves about our life and the world around us, we can experience greater empowerment, hope, and possibility. Destiny is what we create based on our free will choices. Fate means that there are predestined events and meetings that will take place in our lives, but we chose those events (using our free will) prior to incarnating so that we may work on important soul lessons.

I believe we are never alone, we are always being guided by God, by departed loved ones and compassionate guides who are invested in our soul’s evolution. We are always receiving support, and we can always ask for help.

I believe in the Christian and Buddhist principles of love, compassion, and mindful attention to the present moment. By being fully present and witnessing our thoughts, feelings, and actions, we can change our behavior in a way that enables us to heal, to find peace, and to strengthen our relationships and experiences in this life.

It is a joy and an honor to work with you,

Caroline
